7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date
Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
All fees are subject to applicable taxes including GST/SST
Currency and payment methods will be specified in agreements

8. Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice:

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We exclude liability for:

Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Third-party claims or actions
Force majeure events beyond our control

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Entermind against claims arising from:

Breach of these Terms or service agreements
Misuse of our services or recommendations
Violation of third-party rights
Non-compliance with applicable laws

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. Termination may occur:

By mutual agreement
For material breach with 30 days' notice to cure
Immediately for serious misconduct or legal violations
Upon insolvency or bankruptcy of either party

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts, with preference for alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.

12. Data Protection Compliance

13. Modifications
